BUSINESS AREAS
Fulfilled by Amazon is the most widely used fulfillment method. We receive, inspect, verify, label, and securely pack your products in full compliance with Amazon’s requirements—so you can focus on growing your business.
Fulfilled by Merchant, also known as Direct-to-Consumer, operates in two modes: Auto and Manual. In Auto mode, our FBM team handles printing and dispatching all orders. In Manual mode, simply share the product name, quantity, and shipping label—we take care of the rest.
Our climate-controlled storage facilities (maintained at ~73°F) can accommodate items, pallets, and full containers. With flexible limits, lower costs, seasonal storage, and repacking or relabeling options, storing your inventory with us is a smart choice.
We support both small and large private label brands with end-to-end fulfillment—forwarding, storage, inspection, FBA/FBM, relabeling, repacking, inserts, returns, and custom services. From creating unique bundles to fixing and refinishing products, we act as your hands and eyes, delivering everything with exceptional quality.
If your products are ready for Amazon and don’t require prep, we act as a reliable shipping point. We receive, inspect, count, relabel, and secure your boxes—removing old labels and sealing any damage—and typically ship to Amazon within one working day.
Returns can be complex and item-specific. We handle them efficiently by receiving, sorting, counting, and reporting all details promptly. Once complete, simply tell us what to do next—store, relabel, rebuild or break sets, and more—quickly and cost-effectively.
SERVICES
Every shipment undergoes an initial inspection upon receipt, including a visual check for damage. We photograph each item or box and provide a detailed report highlighting any missing or damaged goods. For more thorough checks, our advanced inspection counts products against the invoice and carefully examines them for defects, all according to the customer’s requirements.
We specialize in creating bundles and sets, combining any number of identical or different products. Items can be sealed in plastic wrap, bags, paper, or small boxes. For large quantities, we use a plastic wrap machine to ensure packaging is both secure and visually appealing—making product assembly easy, reliable, and professional.
Every bundle, set, or custom item is sealed in plastic before further handling—using commercial wrap, self-seal bags, or vacuum/shrink wrap. Standard plastic wrapping is included at no extra cost. Fragile items are protected with multiple layers of bubble wrap, reinforced cardboard, and special warning labels to ensure safe delivery. We handle fragile sets and bundles with care, ready for shipping on secure pallets.
We handle labeling with precision—applying, removing, and re-pasting labels carefully. Labels are more than barcodes; they represent your products and brand. Expert staff follow strict procedures to ensure accuracy and quality, helping boost sales and protect your company’s reputation. With our labeling service, your products—and your brand—are in safe hands.
For factory-quality sealing, we use fully automatic shrink wrap machines with heat tunnels. After sealing, the wrap passes through the shrink tunnel, compressing and tightening around the product. Ideal for boxes, toys, food, electronics, sets, and other items, this process ensures secure and professional packaging in a single step.
